1. Order Processing
Orders placed Monday through Friday before 1:00 PM Eastern Time (U.S.) are typically processed and shipped the next business day.
Orders placed after 1:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the following business day.
2. Shipping Options & Timelines
We offer the following domestic shipping options within the continental United States:

Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): Flat rate of $4.90, or free on orders over $100.

Expedited Shipping (2–4 business days): Rates calculated at checkout based on weight and location.

Next Day / Guaranteed Delivery: Available for urgent orders — see checkout for availability and pricing.
International shipping outside the U.S. is available upon request. Please contact our support team for a custom quote including duties, taxes, and freight.
3. Free Shipping Threshold
Orders with a subtotal of $100 or more (before taxes and shipping) qualify for free Standard Shipping within the continental U.S.
Orders below this threshold will incur the standard $4.90 rate.
4. Tracking & Notifications
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Tracking updates will show when your package is picked up, in transit, and delivered.
5. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship only to U.S. residential and commercial addresses. PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses may not be eligible for expedited delivery.

Shipping times are estimates and begin once the package leaves our facility.

Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Incorrect addresses may result in delays or additional fees.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your shipment arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery. Include clear photos of the package and its contents.
We’ll investigate and issue a replacement or refund where appropriate.

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect operational or legal changes.
